77th annual Michigan Council for Exceptional Children (MiCEC) state conference focused on specialized instruction and supports for children with special needs. Conference is open to teachers, ancillary and support staff, parents, administrators, pre-service teachers and others with an interest in strengthening the education of children with exceptionalities.
